I have a high school student who is unable to take the slightest bit of a hint that he might have done something wrong. He begins to hit his head and become escalated. The staff at the school do a great job with providing gentle feedback and are not harsh in any way. Do you have any suggestions in making this easier for him? He is high functioning and extremely smart and we are hoping that one day we can find a job for him but he needs to work on this skill first.
