At our school we have monthly school wide rewards that students earn. Our question is that some staff feel that students who are on a Tier II behavior plan should recieve the same reward as the other students if earned on his/her Tier II behavior plan. Other staff members feel that these children should have a different reward since they are on a different plan. Help...I strongly believe that students, regardless of how it is earned, should attend with all students...however I need some research to back this up...or research that states the latter option.

I just read on and touched this topic at another question in this forum here: http://www.pbisworld.com/forum/#/discussion/145/school-wide-rewards-recognitions-who-should-be-allowed-to-attend.

The students on Tier II plans are working on more focused goals and objectives, which shouldn't matter with regard to the whole school reward.
