Thanks to everyone for being patient as I've rebuilt and optimized PBIS World and the slew of broken links throughout.  Everything is fixed and working great now with a more simple layout and design. 

Just a note that I moved to a new forum software, and was unable to directly import all the old forum posts and users into the new forum software.  I had to manually copy and paste all the post into this new platform, but couldn't replicate all the users.  I thought the content was important to maintain even if I couldn't bring the associated user profiles with it.
